Sh. Dinesh K. Gupta, known for his long involvement in public Affairs has specialized in the Hospitality Industry and in Public Relation. He has been Member, Buereau of Legislative Studies, Delhi Vidhan Sabha for five years; Member, Zonal Railway Consultive Committee, Nothern Railways; Member, Governing Body, Gargi College, Stayawati College, and shyama Prasada Mukherjee College, University of Delhi. He has over 28 years of association and experience with several social and cultural organizations engaged in looking after the downtrodden in and around Delhi. He joined the Public Grievances Commission on 08.08.2008. He visited widely abroad in countries like the U.S., Canada, England, France, Sweden, Finland,Parts of Middle East, Far East and South Africa.
