| An Information Facilitation Counter is hereby set up in the Duty Officer's Room/A.C. Branch. |
| The Duty Officer/AC Branch shall work as Information Facilitation Officer. The Information Facilitation Officer is supposed to guide visitors/general public on the following points: |
| a) | The Director/Vigilance, Directorate of Vigilance, GNCT of Delhi for information please. | | b) | The Secretary, A.R. Department, GNCT of Delhi for information please. | | c) | ACsP/Insprs./ACB, GNCT of Delhi. | | d) | PA to Jt. CP/ACB, GNCT of Delhi. | | e) | SOs to DCsP/ACB, GNCT of Delhi. | | f) | Copy to be displayed in Duty Officer room / Information Facilitation Counter. |
| He is also directed to maintain a register in which the name, contact No., address and information asked by the visitor shall be entered. He will also make a short note in remarks column about the information imparted to the citizen. |
| A Standing Order is also being issued in this regard for guidance and strict compliance by Information Facilitation Officer. |
