Location: New Delhi.
Job Description : The post is one of the senior executive positions of the Company and will report to Director(Finance). The responsibilities include efficient management of the Finance division, cost control, finalization of annual accounts and submission of various reports/MIS to the Board of Directors, etc.
Qualification & Experience: Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost & Works Accountant with minimum of 18 years experience, out of which should have worked for 5 years as Senior Management in any PSU, having exposure to Works Accounts and finalization of annual accounts and other related areas or Officers of the Organized Accounts Services viz. I.A. & A.S., IDAS, etc. with 15 years experience and having exposure to Company Accounts and Corporate functioning.
Age: Below 56 years.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for appointment on contract basis in Delhi Transco Limited (A Govt. of NCT of Delhi Undertaking) for the post of Asstt. Company Secretary, on fixed remuneration of Rs. 20,000/- per month + facilities of conveyance & telephone, as per rules of the Company. The initial appointment shall be for 02 years which may be extended on the basis of requirement and performance.
A. Eligibility Criteria :-
Essential : Graduate with membership of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Desirable: i) 2 years post qualification experience in Secretarial field.The incumbent should be fully conversant with all the aspects of works of the Company Secretary. ii) Degree in Law/Financial Management/ICAI/ICWAI.
B. Age: Not exceeding 32 years.
