1) If any class of citizen feels  that their caste / community should be included in OBCs list of Delhi, the  applicant will have to make a request for such inclusion along with documentary  and supporting evidence (s)/ material (s)   regarding social, economic and educational status either to the Member-  Secretary or the Chairman of the Commission.

2) For the purpose of obtaining  OBC certificate, citizens belonging to the OBC category to the OBC category may  approach their SDMs of the District concerned.
