DELHI RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT
PROCEDURE (For obtaning Information of Delhi RTI Act):

- Necessary form 'A' (Download)for seeking the information may be obtained from the information centre.
- Request fee or Rs. 50 for seeking information to be deposited with the Cashier, Accounts Branch,Development Department, 2nd floor, 5/9 Under Hill Road, Delhi - 54.
- Please deposit form 'A' with Xerox copy of the receipt of Rs. 50 at the information counter and obtain acknowledgement receipt duly signed.
- Normally the information will be supplied within fifteen days and I any case within thirty days of the receipt of the application.
- Appeal against the rejection of the application may be filed before the Secretary Public Grievance Commission, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, 'M' block, Vikas Bhawan, New Delhi – 2, in (Download Form 'E') available at the information countered within 30 days of the receipt of the rejection order in form C.
