F.DOE/2001/NOT/DPB/MSU/Act/ In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Delhi Plastic Bag ( Manufacture, Sale, and usage ) and Non- Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Act, 2000 (Delhi Act No. 6 of 2001), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to authorize the officers as specified in column No. 4 of the Schedule given below, to compound of offences committed under the Chapter/ Chapters mentioned in column 2 and punishable under section 10, with the amounts specified in the corresponding column No.3 of the said Schedule:- |

Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the Financial Commissioner, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi as Appellate Authority for the purpose of Chapter IV of the said Act. |
