INSTRUCTIONS RELATING TO TRAINING MODULES

Following instructions shall be followed :

1.                               A Training Module shall be designed in advance for each training course.

2.                                                       As far as possible the training needs shall be assessed and the module shall be based on these needs.

3.                                                             The module for each course shall be designed to cover all important sub topics relating to the title of the course.

4.                                                             The module shall specifically mention the learning options necessary for better understanding of the subject.

5.                                                             The learning options viz. role play, case studies, power point presentation, questionnaires, exercises etc. could be considered for each course module in addition to the traditional lecture method.

R                Special care shall he taken sequence the topics and activities in a

logical manner so as to ensure that the overall flow of the training session is interesting to the trainees.

7.                                                             While sequencing the topics and the sub topics attempt shall be made to impart clarity on important concepts and terms.

8.                                                             As far as possible the training module shall be in a standardized format with 75 minutes duration for each training session.
