     In supersession of all previous orders and in exercise of power conferred under sub section 2(h) read with section 5 of Right to Information Act, 2005 (Act No. 22 of 2005), the Principal Secretary (TTE) is pleased to designate Shri M. Anbalagan, Assistant Director (Plg) as Nodal Officer (RTI)/ Public Information Officer (PIO), DTTE (HQ) under RTI Act, 2005 and Shri B. S. Negi, AD(Plg./Trg.) will be the Link Officer in the matter.

     Further, Shri Vibhakar Shrimali, Deputy Director (Lit.) is also designated as First Appellate Authority and Shri Ramesh Chander, Deputy Director (SB) will be the Link Officer in the matter.
