This Building of Government Engineering College at Jaffarpur, is planned for technical education for villages & town at the outskirts of southwest Delhi. The plinth area of building is 6783 sq.mtr. cost Rs. 8.04 crore.The Building is RCC framed structure of circular shape with external dia, 80m(approx) and internal dia. 37 m(approx.) with open Central space.
The Institute has started functioning.

Integrated Institute of Technology at Dwarka
The possession of the land measuring 33556.80 Sqm. was taken over by the department on 27-06-2000 at Sector-9, Dwarka from DDA.
A boundary wall, with an estimated cost of Rs. 27,43,600/-, has been constructed to secure the land.
A/A and E/S of the EFC amounting to Rs.20.4 crores have been conveyed to all concerned, including PWD, on 27-09-2004.
The Institute has started functioning.

Construction of Engineering College at Geeta Colony, Delhi
The Department took over the possession of land measuring 32087 Sq. meters (3.21 hectare) on 07-03-2003.
This if four storyed RCC Frammed structure with out basement having total Floor area about 13500 Sq. meter.The construction work is under progress.
The Institute has started functioning.

ITI at Ranhola.
Possession of land measuring about 29 Bigha & 16 Biswa (6 Acres) instead of 32 Bigha & 08 Biswa at Ranhola has been taken over on 25.07.2002 for setting up of ITI.
PROJECT COST :Rs. 18.00 Crore. (EFC Memo received from PWD on 3.3.06.)
Target Date of Completion: 36 months after commencement of work
The matter pertaining to Land Use has been sorted out in the meeting held under the Chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner on 3rd July 2006. EFC Memo for construction of ITI Building was placed before Expenditure Finance Committee on 30.10.2006 and it was turned down because of its higher construction cost.
The clarifications are under submission for reconsideration of the proposal.

ITI at Chatterpur
Possession of land measuring 4.18 acres at Chatterpur has been taken over on 18.10.2006 for setting up of ITI.
The land has been handed over to PWD on 18.10.2006 for the purpose of construction of boundary wall. The building requirement has been submitted to PWD on 16.11.2006 for preparing building drawings and preliminary estimate.

ITI for women at Vivek Vihar
It is a three storeyed building having plinth area of 6159 sq. mtrs.
Project Cost : Rs. 566.96 lacs.
The basic building structure has been completed. To meet the training requirements, proposal for additional civil/ electrical work has also been sent to PWD. The building was likely to be handed over by November 2006. The building is in final stages of completion and finishing touch is being given to the building, thus not handed over to this Department.
