Controller, Board of Technical Education

The Controller has administrative powers and performs administrative functions and duties as assigned or delegate from time to time by the Secretary of the Board. He further has powers relating to academic matters as assigned in the bye-Laws and the regulations of the Board or as determined by the Board. He is responsible for all other works other than those mentioned above under the overall supervision of the Secretary. First Appellate Authority for the matters relating to BTE and declared as Head of the Office.

Registrar

The Registrar has administrative and academic powers and performs such administrative and academic functions and duties as assigned or delegated from time to time to time by the Controller and Secretary.

Dy. Registrar

1. All Administrative/Accounts matter.

2. General correspondence with Polytechnics/it is and court cases.

3. Affiliation to Govt. and Pvt. Polytechnics/it is.

4. Store and Care-taking.

5. Purchase.

6. Conduct of Board Meeting.

1. All matter relating to RTI and working as SPIO.

2. Revision of Curricullam, NAD,PIO,RTI

1. Scruitnising and processing of unfair means cases.

2. Conduct of Exam of Engg. Diploma Courses.

Incharge of Computer Cell/Result Section.

Compilation and processing of result.
