It is brought to the notice of all the concerned that the matter regarding
empanelment of the auditors is under process and due to some administrative
reasons it will take some time to finalize the same, In continuation to this
office Circular No. F.AR/ Audit/ 2008/ 128-131 dated 14.05.2008 and No. F.
AR/Audit/ 2008/743-747 dated 15.07.2008 it is informed that the panel of
auditors prepared in 2007-08 is hereby extended till further orders.
This issues with the prior approval of Registrar Cooperative Societies, GNCT of
Delhi,

RCS Office, Government of NCT of Delhi, invites sealed tenders for Housekeeping
Services (including Pest control), in RCS Office, New Delhi-110001 for a period
of one year from the eligible contractors/firms registered with CPWD/PWD,having
minimum annual turnover of Rs. Five Lakhs for the last three years, ending 31st
March 2008 and having satisfactory performance in relevant field for at least
five years. An earnest money of Rupees Fifteen thousand is to be deposited by
the intending bidders in the form of Pay Order/ Demand Draft, drawn in favour
of Drawing and Disbursing Officer, RCS Office, Govt. NCT of Delhi.
Tender Form along with detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from
Superintendent, Care taking Branch, RCS Office, Govt. of NCT Delhi on cash
payment of Rs. 100/- only or the tender document can be downloaded from Delhi
Govt. http://rcs.delhigovt.nic.in/. The downloaded tender document can be used
by paying an amount of Rs.100/-, in the form of Demand Draft/ Pay Order (drawn
in favour of Registrar Coop Societies.Govt. of NCT of Delhi), which should be
enclosed with the filled in tender form.
Sale of Tender Form along with detailed terms and conditions will commence from
30.05.2008 and close at 1.00 P.M. Duly completed tenders forms should be
deposited in the office of Superintendent, Care taking Branch, RCS Office,
Govt. of NCT of Delhi latest by 1.00 P.M. on 20.06.2008.The tenders, in the
presence of willing tenderer or their authorized representatives, shall be
opened on 20.06.2008at 15.00 P.M. i.e. on the same day of closing of bids. i.e.
20.06.2008
