| Q1 | What kind of trauma patients are managed at the center? | | Ans. | All kinds of trauma- at home, road side or at work place (except with burn injuries). | | Q2 | How do the patients reach the trauma center? | | Ans. | Patients are brought by PCR vans, CATS ambulance, DP ambulance, public or by self. | | Q3 | Are the trauma services free or paid? | | Ans. | All trauma services are free of cost. | | Q4 | Can patients come from outside Delhi ? | | Ans. | Yes. | | Q5 | Are patients referred from other hospitals (private/ govt.) accepted? | | Ans. | Yes, if the referring hospital is not able to provide the required medical treatment. | | Q6 | Are old trauma cases treated at the center? | | Ans. | No, only those cases are accepted who have been previously under gone treatment at the center and require further intervention. | | Q7 | Are there Special / Private wards. | | Ans. | Yes, but the services are paid. | | Q8 | Is there any waiting period for the patient surgery? | | Ans. | Critical patients are operated without any delay. | | Q9 | Are poor & destitute patients also managed? | | Ans. | Yes. | | Q10 | Do patients get food and medicine from the hospital? | | Ans. | Yes. |
