ESTABLISHMENT OF ENQUIRY-CUM-FACILITATION CENTER

1. An enquiry-cum-facilitation Centre has been setup at B-Block, Vikas Bhawan, New Delhi to reply/satisfy all queries of general public relating to functioning of the department and various applications forms including under Delhi Right to Information Act and Rules framed there under:-
   
   All the applications forms are available free of cost to the general public at this counter from 9:30 to 6:00 P.M.
    
2. Appointment of Competent Officer under the Delhi Right to Information Act and the Delhi Right to Information Rules.
   
   Under the provision of the said Act and the rules, a Competent Authority has been designated to deal with the applications received from the general public to provide information to them as per the procedure prescribed under the Delhi Right to Information Act and rules. A board has also been displayed in front of the building for the information of general public. However, if any persons are not satisfied with the order of the Competent Authority he can file an appeal in Public Grievances Commission.
    
3. Public Grievances Redressal Officer.
   
   Joint Secretary (L&B) has been appointed as Public Grievances Redressal Officer in respect of Land & Building Department and any person aggrieved with the working or the order passed by any officer/official in Land & Building Department, he can approach for redressal of his grievances between 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. on all working days.
