No.F.1/1/(2)/97-LC/Estt./Vol..II (i) -In  exercise  of the  powers  conferred  by  section 8 of  the Industrial  Disputes  Act, 1947 (XIV of  1947) read  with  the  Government  of India, Ministry  of  Home Affairs, Notification  No.2/2/61-Judicial –II,  dated the  24th  March, 1961, the  Lt. Governor  of the  National  Capital  Territory  of Delhi  is  pleased  to  appoint        Mr. Babu Lal,  an  officer  of the  Delhi  Higher  Judicial  Service,  as  Presiding  Officer, Industrial   Tribunal  No.II, Karkardooma, constituted  for  the  National  Capital Territory  of Delhi,   in   place  of   Mr. Gurdeep Kumar, an  officer  of  the  Delhi Higher  Judicial  Service, with  effect  from  the date  of  assuming  charge.

 No.F.1/1/(2)/97-LC/Estt./Vol..II (ii) -In  pursuance  of the  provisions  of  sub-section (2) of section 33-C of the  Industrial  Disputes  Act, 1947 (XIV of  1947) read with  the  Government  of India, Ministry  of  Home Affairs, Notification  No.2/2/61-Judicial –II,  dated the  24th  March, 1961, the  Lt. Governor  of the  National  Capital  Territory  of Delhi  is  pleased  to  specify the Industrial  Tribunal  No.II,  presided over  by   Mr. Babu Lal ,  for  determining  the amount  at  which  any  benefit or  money  that  any  workman  may  be  entitled  to  receive  from  his  employer  and  which  is  capable  of  being  computed  in  terms  of  money , may  be  computed.

This  notification   supersedes  this  Government’s  previous  notification  No.F.1/1/(2)/97- LC/Estt./Vol.II/4267  dated  the 28th May  2007, in  respect  of  Mr. Gurdeep  Kumar, a  Delhi  Higher  Judicial  Service officer.
