No.F.27 (27)C/F /2002/Lab 684-700 In super session of this government notification no.F.27(12)C/F/2002/Lab./6519-6535 dated the 19/09/2007 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)of section 8 of the factoriesAct,1984,(63 of1984) read with Government of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment ,notification No. SO 108 dated the 14th February, 1958 and the Ministry of Home Affairs Notification S.O.No.2709 dated the 7th September, 1966, the Lt. Governor of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Dr. Shivesh Kumar Srivastava to be the Inspector in the National Capital Territory of Delhi under the said Act, till such time he holds the present post or till further orders, which ever is earlier. |
