| No. F.1/31/600/LC/Estt/08/7776-7792 In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (4) of section 5 of the Indian Boilers Act, 1923 (5 of 1923), read with Government of India, Ministry of Industrial Development, Notification No. U.0.108 dated 14th February, 1958, and in supersession of all previous notifications issued in this behalf, Lt Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoints Sh. K.L. Meena, Chief Inspector of Factories, as Chief Inspector of Boilers, for the National Capital Territory of Delhi for the purpose of the said Act, with immediate effect till further orders. |
