If any accident occurs in connection with the installation of the supplier or other works of any person and the accident results in or likely to have resulted in loss of human or animal life or in any injury to a human beings or an animal. Such person or any authorised person of supplier/State Electricity Board not below the rank of a Junior Enginer or equivalent, send a telephonic report within 24 hrs. of the occurance of the fatal accident and a written report in the form set out in Annexure-XIII of Indian Electricity Rules, 1956, here marked as Annexure-'G'..
D. INSPECTION OF MEDIUM PRESSURE INSTALLATION
The field staff of Electrical inspectorate conducts inspections of medium pressure installation of industrial units located in the NCT of Delhi. The purpose of these inspections is to check the compliance of the safety measure prescribed under the rules.

Can anyone make a complaint about the dangerous/unsafe installation?
Answer:
Anyone who want to report about the dangerous/unsafe installation existing in any industrial/commercial premises has to submit his complaint on a plain paper in the office of the Electrical Inspector.
