Immunological tests, ELISA for tuberculosis, cysticercosis, ameobiasis, hydrated disease, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis V virus are also being carried out in addition to routine serological/immunological tests- ASO, CRP, RF Widal, VDRL, ANF. Recently estimation of levels of Cytokine (IL-Beta, IL-6 and TNF alpha), Lipase and CRP has also been added.

Identification and culture of fungus from various clinical sample i.e. in CSF, Sputum, Pus and Blood of cases of chronic meningitis, endocarditic, lung abscess and brain abscess are also being carried out.
