residing in and around Moti Nagar. Services are provided as per the need of the patients.

All the services are free of cost except ultrasound for which Rs. 50/- is chargeable per examination. It is also free for admitted patients and Emergency patients.
The charges can be waived off by Medical Superintendent for poor and needy patients.
All medicines as per essential drug list are provided free of cost, if available. For Emergency and indoors arrangement for local purchases is in
place. |

•In addition to above,many a small items are stored for day to day patient care services
•In Emergency and for admitted patients all the items are provided free of cost
•There is provision for free supply of ortho implants
•Dentures are not made/provided.
•Adequate toilet facilities
•Cash benefits are available are available under JSY for institutional deliveries
•Under JSSK provision has been made for free transport ,free diagnostics procedures and consumables to pregnant women and children up to 30 days of birth.
