Brief note on functioning of the SHIB

A. REPORTS

The State Health Intelligence Bureau, unit of  Directorate of Health Services is responsible for  collecting compiling and analyzing of health related data collected from various health outlets of the Directorate as well as Govt. and major private hospitals/agencies functioning in Delhi.

Follwing consolidated reports on monthly basis are sent to CBHI,  Govt. of India and other departments.:

B. PUBLICATIONS

This unit is also engaged to prepare the following publications under plan schemes   for which the Data/information are collected throughout the year from various programme officers, districts of this Directorate and other different Govt. & Pvt. hospitals/agencies functioning in Delhi.

1.      Annual report of DHS

2.     Health facilities in Delhi

3.     Citizen Charter (In English)

4.  Citizen Charter (In Hindi) 

C. PARLIAMENT AND VIDHAN SABHA QUESTIONS & ASSURANCES

In addition to this branch is also assigned responsibility to prepare the Parliament/Assembly Questions /Assurances for which the material and information are collected from the concerned Programme officers, Scheme officer, Districts of this Directorate and other health outlets concerned.
