Details of consultative committees and other bodies with which consultation are held

The officers in the division and direction office to which the representation are made or received, dispose of the cases after proper examination and inputs from the field officers. In case of the need of discussion/meeting with them, the officers fix time, hear them for redressal of the grievances during the office hours.
