No. F.34/25/2002-Med-DHS/8834- In exercise of the power conferred under Clause (a) (b) (c) (d) and (e) of Section 19 of the Pharmacy Act 1948   (8 of 1948) read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Health Notification No. F.6-4/48-DS dated 28.02.1949 NO. 1-8/50-DS dated 2nd February, 1951 and in suppression of all earlier notifications the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to constitute till further orders, the fifth Delhi Pharmacy Council as detailed herein below with immediate effect: -

	Dr. Shobna Das has been nominated by Delhi Medical Council (Director & HOD of Physiology,  Vardhman Memorial College, Safdharjung Hospital

4. Members under clause(d) of Section 19 of Pharmacy Act 1948

Dr. R.N.Baishya- (Ex-officio member), Directorate of Health Services Government of N.C.T. Of Delhi , F-17, Karkardooma, Delhi-110092 replaced by Dr. Jilie Devi, -  Directorate of Health Services Government of N.C.T. Of Delhi.

Dr. R.D. Garg (Retd.) (Ex-officio member) Deputy Drugs Controller, Drugs Control Department, Govt. of N.C.T. Delhi, 15, Sham Nath Marg, Delhi  replaced by present Drugs Controller, Delhi.
