No. F.17/61/99-Med-DHS/1834- In exercise of the power conferred by Section 46 of the Pharmacy Act 1948 read with Govt. of India, Ministry of Health Notification No. F.1-8/50-DS dated 20.02.1951, and No. F.6-4/48-DS dated 28.02.1949 and in suppression of notification No. F.22/13/96-M&PH dated 14.06.1979, the L.G.Delhi is pleased to make the following amendments in the Delhi Pharmacy Rules, namely:
1.	Short Title, extent & Commencement.-
1	These Rules may be called the Delhi Pharmacy Council (Amendment) Rules, 1999.
2	They extend to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
3	They shall come into force at once.
2.	Amendment of Rule, 76.-For the existing rule 76 of the Delhi Pharmacy Rules, the following rules shall be substituted namely:
1.	Fees for the First Registration in the Register:    Rs.500.00 for five years
2.	Fees for every qualification or status subsequently registered    Rs. 500.00
3.	Fees for Certified copy of any entry in Register.   Rs. 200/-
4.	Fees for Registration of Change of Name    Rs. 200/-
5.	Fees for Duplicate “Certificate under Rule-65”
	1st    Rs. 500.00
	2nd    Rs. 1000.00
	3rd    Rs. 1500.00
6.	Fees for Restoration    Rs. 500.00
7.	Fees for application form    Rs.25.00
8.	Late Fee   Rs. 100.00
9.	Fees for renewal after every five years    Rs. 500.00
