In order to promote transparancy, accountability in working of Public authorities and informed citizenary, the Govt. of India enacted Right to Information Act 2005. This Act came into force w.e.f. 12 Oct. 2005. Under the Act, the citizen have right to access the information, subject to certain provisions from the public authorities. Being a public authority, under implementation of RTI Act DKVIB has also facilitated the process for accessing permissible informations. Accordingly 17 prescribed manuals having the details of working and structure of the Board are available as here under:
