1. Delhi Financial Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals/ tenders at any time prior to award of the contract, without assigning any reason.

2. Invitation for submission of proposals are likely to be issued to the pre-qualified IT companies after completion of due evaluation process.

3. Only pre-qualified IT consultants will be allowed to quote for future Stage-2 project i.e. implementation of technical recommendations given in Stage-1.

4. All claims made by the bidder in the application form about its competence and its financial data must be supported by documents attached to the application form. Financial claims such as turnover, profit after tax must be supported by audited balance sheets and certificate of the Chartered Accountant. If supporting documents are not attached, the application is liable to be rejected straightway.

5. Application for pre-qualification should be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee in the form of bank draft of Rs. 1500/- (Give details of DD) drawn in favour of Delhi Financial Corporation, payable at New Delhi. The application(original plus 5 copies) along with application fee should be submitted in sealed envelopes to the General Manager (EDP) at above address by 15.00 hours on August 10, 2007. The envelop should be clearly marked “Application to pre-qualify for the Systems documentation of DFC”.

6. The RFQ bids shall be opened at 15.30 Hrs on the same day (i.e. August 10, 2007) in the presence of such authorised representatives as may choose to attend.
