Computerization of Sub Registrar Office
A separate project for computerization of Registration of properties in Delhi on the basis of Hong Kong pattern has also been undertaken and will be computerized shortly.
At the initial stage this project would cover
- Only standardized documents with standard memorial format.
- Computerized counters for presentation, cash collection, inquiry, search and delivery.
- Identification of documents by introducing the system of Unique Memorial Numbers.
- Identification of parties by capturing one side digital photographs and other identifications.
- Automatic generation of Registration Number, Volume No., Book No., Page No. and Index No. etc.
- Imaging / microfilming of the documents.
