The core strength of any Engineering college lies in the quality of its faculty. AIACTR  has a team of highly motivated and dedicated faculty to the cause of academics and striving to do the best in the interest of the college and its students.  

The faculty and staff of  AIACTR  contribute to this diverse community in numerous ways each bringing unique skills, talents, experience and knowledge that fulfill some aspect of the larger university mission.AIT offers a variety of services and resources to assist faculty and staff in their professional and personal lives 

Presently a team of 19 full time and 4-5 visiting faculty constitute the elite group of  AIACTR  faculty which keeps our students motivated for continuous learning process.

Faculty members are PhD/ Post Graduates in their respective fields whereas others are pursuing  higher studies. Faculties are actively involved in research areas and regularly publish their research in Journals and Conferences.
