Pragati Maidan, New Delhi

Honorable Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit inaugurates the SANKALP DIWAS 2009 at Pragati Maidan. Huge gathering was present to witness the proceedings. Cultural events were also organized for the entertainment of everyone. Various departments with there respective banners and stalls were there. Tight security was deployed for the sake of public.

The Delhi Government new portal (http://delhi.gov.in) was also showcased. It was one of the main attraction of the Sankalp Utsav.
