THE NORMS SET BY ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT FOR THE DISCHARGE OF ITS FUNCTIONS
 

For the effective co-ordination with various agencies, NGO’s, and other concerned authorities, all Senior Scientific Officers and Scientists are evaluating all reports received and providing the relevant information in time, as and when required. After technically examining these proposals from all relevant angles, the need based projects from NGO’s etc, are considered for financial assistance. The activities under taken by them are being checked/inspected by the concerned officer of Environment Department and their respective reports are apprised to the Deputy Secretary (Environment), Director (Environment) and Secretary (Environment).
