- To involve the weaker section population towards environment improvement programmers.
- Training as well as social security, hygienic facility, and safe waste handling to Rag pickers etc.

Cost of scheme: Rs.100 lakhs
Major components are:
- This scheme to be implemented in association with NGOs.
- Identification and networking of rag pickers.
- Provision of medical insurance, through group insurance to the weaker section.
- To create I card for access local health camps, centers and other dispensaries.
- To provide equipments for collection for solid waste & personal hygiene.
- To provide training to the rag pickers for segregation and disposal of waste.
- Sensitize school/RWAs to associate Rag Pickers/waste pickers for waste management in schools/RWAs
