| | Environment Data generation survey research projects and other activities. | | | The objective of the scheme is to conduct need based environment survey and data generation on quantum of pollutants generated from various sources such as Industries, Vehicles, Thermal Power Stations, Domestic Sector and the impact of pollutants on the Ambient Air and Water bodies in Delhi. Under the scheme, various environmental studies through NGO's, reputed consultancy organizations, Research and Academic Institutions are conducted by providing necessary financial assistance to them. - b) To update the environmental status through need-based surveys on various aspect of pollution, in order to asses the impact of pollution on human health and the overall environmental up gradation in Delhi.

Major components are: - Data creation in respect of Vehicular Pollution; Air pollution; Water Pollution; Noise Pollution; Land degradation and other anthropogenic source of pollution.

- Research & Development work on various options to control pollution.
