Seeking information under Right to Information ACT |

Any person seeking information under the Act may apply to the Competent Authority in prescribed Application Form available from this Office with necessary fees. The required information will be supplied as soon as possible, normally within 15 days subject to a maximum of 30 days. The application fees for information relating to tendered documents is Rs. 500/- per application and for seeking other information Rs. 25/- per application.
Sh.Prakash Chand, Dy. Controller of Accounts(Admin/IT/Tech.) has been notified as the Competent Authority under the Act and Sh. Praveen Mann, LDC/Cashier (HQ) is nominated as "Authorised Person" to receive the prescribed fee.
