No ED3(Misc,)/DMRC/Lab-EI/08:- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(a) of section 3 of the Bombay Lifts Act, 1939, as extended to National Capital Territory of Delhi read with sub-section (1) of section 8 of the said Act, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to confer the powers of Inspector of Lifts on the following officers of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. for a period of three years from the date of issue of this notification:- |

| That the above mentioned officers shall exercise the powers and perform their respective functions in respect of lifts and its installations located and installed in the premises owned and controlled by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. |

| However, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation will ensure that they will not be Inspector of Lifts in respect of lifts installed in any other buildings not owned or controlled by the DMRC in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. |
