Name of Department: DERMATOLOGY & STD

Introduction (its purpose/activities):- Dermatology Department is providing services to outpatients as well as inpatients. Dermatology OPD gets patients attendance of 500-550 patients per day , and inpatient strength is 30 beds. It is a teaching department which is teaching undergraduates, postgraduates and nursing students.

Services provided :-

-          Dermatology patient care

-          Dermatology MBBS & MD training and evaluation

-          STD Clinic- The STD Clinic which is a state referral and Regional training centre

-          Phototherapy/ Radio frequency

-          Minor OTs

-          Leprosy Clinic- Referral centre for East Delhi

-          Nursing and M.O. training
