The following Act of the Legislative Assembly received assent of the President of India on 30th March, 1998 and hereby published for general information: -

The Delhi Water Board Act 1998
(Delhi Act No. 4 of 1998)
 
(as passed by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi) Dated 2 nd April, 1998
 
AN ACT to provide for the establishment of a board to discharge the functions of water supply, sewerage and sewage disposal and drainage within the National Capital Territory of Delhi and for matters connected therewith
 
BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Forty Eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows: -
